It is classified as an austenitic alloy of chrome and nickel. The most common type of stainless steel in pans and cooking equipment is 304 stainless steel, or \u201c18\/8\u201d. The stainless steel coil manufacturing process involves hot rolling steel slabs and reheating the furnace at a very high temperature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To make SS coils, the recrystallization temperature must be reached.
